Thanks so much for your help the other day. I needed fast action and you and your team of people came to my rescue. There wasn't even a water emergency, but you understood my urgent need to have your team come out and asses the problem within an hour. When a person is trying to sell his house and he gets a report with a picture of water to prove something is awry it's panic time. Your men were able to see that the damage was caused by the electricity from the storm shutting off and the pump not working for awhile. I haven't heard back from the Appraiser, so I'm guessing all will be OK when we go to settlement on Wednesday.
